The opening of the bids for purchasing video-conferencing equipment was held at the Rectorate Building of the University of Belgrade,on April 24th 2013 from 2 p.m. to 2.30 p.m. Attendees: Jasmina Nikolić (BU), Jelena Gledić (BU), Jelena Kamarić (BU), Milena Kostić (BU), Radomir Joković (BU), Aleksandar Topalović (BU), Mirjana Jakovljević (BU), Aleksandar Kavgić (UNS), Radoslav Erić (KGUNI) and Vladimir Jovanović (UNI). Financial Guidelines for Foreign Partner Institutions
There are four categories of Staff Costs: management, academic, technical, administrative. The table which contains the sums defined for each category is in Guidelines for the Use of the Grant. In addition to this table, the table in the Budget & Workplan document in which the sums are sorted according to partner institutions and defined for each separate activity on the project is also used. This table has to be strictly followed, even though the sums in it are significantly smaller than the allowed maximum sums.
